You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You agree not to use our service for illegal activities, harassment, spam, or violation of third-party rights. You must comply with all applicable laws and platform terms of service.
Acceptable Use Policy
You may not: (1) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (2) Interfere with service availability; (3) Scrape or extract data beyond API limits; (4) Use the service for competitive intelligence without authorization; (5) Reverse engineer or attempt to discover source code; (6) Violate any third-party platform's terms of service.
API Rate Limits & Quotas
Your plan includes specific rate limits and monthly credit allowances. Exceeding limits may result in throttling or service suspension. We reserve the right to adjust limits to prevent abuse. Overage charges apply if you exceed your plan allocation.
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data accuracy, or specific results. We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or third-party platform changes.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall eternalsocial.dev be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Termination
We may terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, or fail to pay fees. You may terminate your account anytime by contacting support.
